Get Involved

Calling all parents, grandparents and carers: If you are interested in getting involved in the gang show, we would love some help! We need help with set building, costumes, props, sound, digital design and backstage magic.

A lot of work is involved in making sure the show is sustainable – both for the huge team of volunteers it takes to deliver the show and for the financial future of the units. Please do get involved and support our young people to have this amazing experience which has been the doorway to a whole host of new futures for dozens of young people.

Our move to Ardingly Showground gives us an exciting chance to build our own theatre from the ground up – opening the door to new creativity, bigger challenges, so there is lots of scope to use any creative skills you might have.

New this year: We also need help with our Rehearsal Leads Team! We’re looking for people to help direct elements of the show. You’ll assist at a weekly unit rehearsal, ensure young performers have everything they need, and give them the confidence to perform. Anyone who loves singing, dancing or performing – please speak to your child’s leaders. You can assist with your own child’s unit or a whole different bunch of young people.
